At Bloon Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
